Rooms - READ VERY CAREFULLY - American Safari Ranch

 

Realize that there are not going to be individual rooms for each person, so find yourself roommates that
you are comfortable with to accommodate everyone. Camping is available, but being that it’s
Colorado’s stormy season, it wouldn’t be advised.

 

Room Reservations
Per contract with the Ranch owner, mismanagement will be collecting the money for room reservations.
We will need one check per room/cabin/apt/bunkhouse/camping for two nights (If you wish to stay
longer, that will have to be taken care of on individual basis through the Ranch).

 

You will be responsible to find roommates, people you know or from the CoTex 2007 Hashlist.

 

You will need to fill out a room contract, please include this with your check and rego.

Make checks payable to: Alexandra Pedrazza, and send check and room contract to 324 Fay Drive,
Colorado Springs, CO 80911.
-Restrictions per owner - No Pets, No Glass, Main gate will be locked from 8pm (Saturday) to 7am (Sunday)

 

Lodge Rooms
     12 rooms, holds 6 people/room $114/night
Cabins - **SOLD OUT**
     1 Cabin holds 4 people $150/night
     4 Cabins hold 6 people $150/night
Apartment - **SOLD OUT**
     1 Apartment holds 14 people $150/night
Bunkhouse
     1 Bunkhouse holds 8 people $150/night
Camping
     $18 per person per night
